Top Steel-Producing Companies Ranking in 2019
This is a ranking of the 50 top steel-producing companies in 2019. ArcelorMittal of Luxembourg stands at the 1st with steel production of 97.31 million tons. Of all companies, 28 manufacturers, accounting for more than 50%, are Chinese enterprises.
As Worldsteel stated, China still maintains the leading position in steel manufacturing with a total steel output of 996.3 Mt，followed by India and Japan with 111.2 Mt and 99.3 Mt steel production respectively. Also, it is expected that 2020 will see a decline in global production.
