Good News! PKU Pioneer’s Radial Bed Designing Patent Granted in India
The patent of PKU Pioneer’s exclusive invention- Method for Designing Radial Bed with High Efficiency Airflow Distribution and Radial Bed Thereof was granted by the Indian Patent Office.
As a ground-breaking technology, the radial air flow distribution technology in the VPSA oxygen generation process not only solves the uneven airstream distribution problem but also effectively prevents the pulverization of the oxygen molecular sieve.
In 2013, PKU Pioneer’s first VPSA oxygen plant using radial adsorbers was commissioned, marking the successful industrial application of the radial adsorber process. Since then, VPSA oxygen units with larger capacities have been offered- a total of 100+ VPSA oxygen plants ≥5000Nm3/h were built by PKU Pioneer for clients all over the world with high appreciation received due to the lower setup & operation costs and better performance.
