Die Regel- und Schaltventile sind alle pneumatische Klappenventile, die von der SPS gesteuert werden. Sowohl die Trennung als auch die Verbindung zwischen Adsorber und Adsorber sowie zwischen Adsorber und Antriebsausr\u00fcstung k\u00f6nnen durch Schaltventile realisiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Instrumentensteuerungssystem umfasst das Steuerungssystem und die Feldinstrumente.
